      I hired Quincy Home Pro to perform a home inspection on May 28, 2024. I was charged $625.00 for the home inspection, radon and mold tests. The house is approximately 1000 square feet, so not a big job. The inspection I was given was basically blank pieces of paper, with just a few items addressed, and those were repeated. Most of the areas that were supposed to be covered according to his website, were not covered. For example, the roof page was blank. I received no usable information from the report. Remember the radon and mold tests? The inspector (*****) finally admitted he did not do the mold test. I never got the radon test results either. I assume he never did the test, but was charged for both of them. ***** said he would refund my $625.00. It is now going on 2 months. I have not received my refund. He left his radon test equipment at the house. I still have it after I repeatedly told him to come pick it up. I dont know how you can do a radon test in the future without your equipment. I would not recommend using his services.
