    To Whom It May **************** will serve as the response on behalf of Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell
    LLP to the Complaint filed by ********************* with the Better Business Bureau. Please be advised
    the Complaint has no merit, this firm has addressed numerous complaints of ********************* over
    many years and the Complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau serving Eastern and
    ****************** and ***************** despite this firm having no office location in any of these
    regions. The fact it is addressed to an attorney who has not been with this firm in over eight (8)
    years also is puzzling.
    The Complaint filed by **************** refers to Case Number OO-L-46 that was filed in *****
    County, ******, ********. That lawsuit was filed on behalf of the Estate of *************************** by the
    First ************* of ***** serving as the Independent Administrator of the Estate. The lawsuit
    was filed by a firm out of *******, ******** ******* & ********, in the year 2000. The case was
    filed against five original Defendants, of which this firm represented one. The remaining
    Defendants were represented by separate counsel and all Defendants defended the claim
    vigorously. After six years of litigation, the Plaintiff decided to dismiss our client. The remaining
    Defendants proceeded on with the litigation. Ultimately, a settlement was reached with the
    remaining Defendants for an amount of which this firm was not privy nor part of any agreed
    negotiations and settlement.
    The beneficiary of the Estate was ***********************, the mother of the Complainant ****
    Heeger. ********************* had no beneficiary interest in the lawsuit or anything relating to the lawsuit.
    The sole beneficiary was his mother. ******************** unfounded statements in his complaint have no
    basis in fact or law as it pertains to this firm and its representation of the Defendant it was engaged
    to represent in that lawsuit. In addition, **************** has no standing to make any complaint as he
    was not a party nor a beneficiary relating to that lawsuit on behalf of the Estate of ***************************.
    Finally, this law firm paid no money to anybody to dismiss the lawsuit. We were dismissed out of

    the case voluntarily and the case proceeded against the remaining Defendants. If a settlement was

    reached by the remaining Defendants, this firm and its client were not part of said arrangement.
    Finally, **************** has had multiple issues over the years with many of this firm's clients
    and attomeys. He has filed many unfounded, malicious and unsupported Complaints such as this
    with various agencies and with various administrative agencies. None of them have ever received
    any support and have all been dismissed. We request this Complaint be dismissed immediately
    and if anyone has any further questions, they can contact me at the above number.
