I was an employee of Denman Linen. Denman is a linen company with ***************** in ******, **. I was a linen assistant. My job was to fill clean linen orders faxed by surrounding clinics and hospitals. The district supervisor, *********************** was my bosss higher up. This woman bullied me out of that job. It started when I took a leave of absence. I was going through something very personal and needed some professional help. I was gone for 3 weeks. When I returned to work *********************** said out loud Shes here!!!! with an upsetting tone. When I arrived my co workers knew about why I took a medical leave and told me this manager spoke on my situation. She made an awkward environment to return to. Shortly after this, ****** followed me leaving work to report to someone outside of work about my whereabouts. It was not her business to tell. It didnt stop there. This woman told my co workers more personal information about my life an even spread lies. My co workers started to treat me differently and I had a few confrontations which I did not take well. I was no perfect employee but I enjoyed the work itself. ****** changed policies to punish me for personal matters outside of work that she didnt enforce on everyone. ****** and I had a few conversations in her office that resulted in insults and yelling. On one occasion I worked a Saturday to make up for a day I missed earlier that work. ****** showed up to corner me into a confrontation about personal matters outside of work to which I responded I only want to have conversations about work and nothing else. She wouldnt allow this and pushed me into another uncomfortable position. The last conversation I was forced to have with her was when I was sitting on break inside of my car. She pulled the door handle over an over until I unlocked the door an sat inside my car. I am hurt and this made my mental health much worse than it already was. I called Human Resource but they did not care about my horrible experience.
