    I was previously offered vouchers after completing my 2021 tax records, and was informed I would receive $50 for each person I would refer. I received a quote in late January of 2023 to complete my taxes for 2022 and chose to file elsewhere as it was a very unreasonable rate. I was later contacted on 02/24/2023 and informed I had a $50 voucher to pick up for a referred customer I had sent to them. I had decided to file my taxes else where for the current year and the coupon was last year (which is still valid) they continually had a different excuse for not issuing my reimbursement to me and explained policies which were not originally disclosed to me when the reimbursement referrals were given to me to share with other consumers. The manager then offered to give me a discount on filing my taxes opposed to giving me a $50 voucher. I explained that I would prefer the voucher, but the manager explained that wasnt an option. They would only offer to give me a discount on filing my taxes with them (and the discount was greater than $50). Regardless, they did not honor what they stated and continually only kept offering me a discount on filing my taxes. All I am asking for is the $50 that I was contacted and told I was owed.

    We always honor our send a friend coupon when you send a new customer to **.  Who has never been here before and who complete their tax filing and pays their tax preparation fee.  We greatly appreciate when customers refer new customers to **.
