    Design is a great company. I love the product that I purchased. It is of high quality and it looked exactly as it did on the website. The first product that they shipped was incorrect. They quickly reshipped the correct product. They were very polite and helpful during the entire process.Making things right quickly and politely demonstrates the strength of Design a Stone. I highly recommend them!

    Like many companies, Design A Stone advertises on their website they strive for complete customer satisfaction. I had a small issue with my first order and Design A Stone immediately sent a replacement... with no questions asked. This company walks the talk.

    I never got my product, i have reached out to them numerous times and no response. Paid for the item but no item. entered a claim through paypal waiting from them now.

    We have purchased two stones from Design A Stone; one for ourselves and another as a gift. The workmanship, the customer service, the packaging...everything was excellent and so professional. And both stones arrived in a very timely manner. Their stones are beautiful, and our family members were equally pleased with their stone. I can't praise this company enough, and I highly recommend them for being an all-around, top notch business!!
