    I paid for plumbing service and rotting cabinet floor repair and ************** never finished the job despite being paid. The sink job was half completed and the cabinet floor was never started or completed. I want my money back for the uncompleted work - which is 150 for what I had to pay a new contractor to complete the work he did not do. This has taken so much of my time for what was supposed to be a simple job. The job was started on 1/8/2024 and to this day has never been completed. ***** and his company refused to answer my phone calls and requests for a refund. I have tried calling my bank but his only method of payment is ***** so I am out of 425 dollars and work that is not completed. I have been scammed by ***** and his company.

    I called *************** about my refrigerator not getting cold. They dispatched this company to my house on the February 6th 2023. The technician showed up and said the motor/fan was bad and we paid the service fee. My wife and I never heard back from the technician for 2 weeks. We called the company and *************** and got the runaround. *************** called them and can back to me with, "We're still waiting for the work order from the technician and they said they'll send it today". This happened several times and we called and get the same information. Final straw, technician never showed up but texted me that the *************** will not cover the part needed to repair the refrigerator on March 21st 2023. I asked the company for my service fee back, due to lack of communication and no show. The warranty I've canceled the contract because they took my money and laid about the contract I signed. We still haven't heard anything from ********************* nor a ************** and we still don't have a working refrigerator: March 29th 2023. Just want my money back or repair the refrigerator.
