    My car was towed for no reason, airline towing told me I had to buy my car back from them, all of my valuables were taken from the vehicle.. they are telling me to give them my title or my license will be suspended.. they trying to take my car and sell it

    *********************** CAME INTO AIRLINE TOWING ABOUT HIS 2009 DODGE ***VAN HE SAID HE WANTED TO BUY IT BACK INSTEAD OF PAYING THE *** BILL AND DISPATCH TOLD HIM HE HAD TO PAY THE *** BILL OR TURN IN THE TIITLE IF HE DID NOT WANT THE **** ALL HIS BELONGINGS ARE STILL IN THE *** WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH ANYTHING UNLESS THE ***** COMES OR GIVES US PERMISSION HE GOT MAD AT THE DISPATCHER AND SAID IT WAS ***ED FOR NO REASON, AIRLINE ONLY ***S IF THE POLICE CALLS US

    They are very unprofessional and inexperienced, I had a *** X5 . My vehicle was towed due to an illegal police tow, the tow company towed my Vehicle on a Flat Bed and never placed my vehicle in Neutral when they had the keys its a push/start so the gears wont move without the key. I was lied to and told that they did not have my keys which they did (****************** has them to this date). I was told not to get arrested boy and yelled F ** You! When seeking information about my vehicle being at the tow lot being told f*** you. I wasnt arrested, I was called derogatory terms and I paid the company $480 (bill was $470 for ONE DAY). During the process of retrieving my vehicle the techs there did not know how to move my vehicle out of Park I was watching the team from the gate entry way. I proceeded to retrieve my vehicle and that is when I found the Message on my *** display Transmission Malfunction. At the time I called to speak to a manager the security guard threatens me and denied to give any information once finding out who I am. I asked to have a refund or the insurance company name the owner stated that they are Self-Insured and will deny my claim because people like me is making him go out of business and the owner threatened me. Not the way you handle your business is making you go out of business. The ***** IS A POLICE OFFICER AND FEELS THAT HE CAN TALK TO PEOPLE ANY WAY. I never drove the vehicle after Airline Toeing touched it and now I am in the market for another vehicle and out of $480 dollars. The ****************** VERIFIED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED DUE TO TOWING the Vehicle.

    This business is using unlawful business practices. I was told one price and when I went to pay I was told another price and told to get out. The sheet of paper I uploaded was the only thing I was given.

    THIS WAS A POLICE *** AND THE GUY WAS MAD BECAUSE HE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE *** AND WAS VERY RUDE I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON HE TO GET HIM TO LEAVE I TOLD HIM WHAT THE CHARGES WHERE AND HE GOT MAD ABOUT IT.

    I am rejecting this response because: Thats not what happen i was talking to a younger guy first when I asked him to explain why the charges went from 275 to 500 he told me he didnt have to explain to me and tried to slam the glass in my face then chaos ensued
