      We recently became a customer of this "company" and have had nothing but issues. The customer service team is truly the worst I have experienced anywhere. I am on hold as we speak, as I have been 5 times now in days, continually promised someone will call back, and they do not. We agreed on a quoted price for all services, as we speak they are auto withdrawing almost ****** more per month than they quoted. I was quoted 474 per mo, all fees included, there are no variations to the agreement on our end. The services they advertise DO NOT work as they sell and you can not turn off some of the features, THEY ASSURED US WE COULD that are not beneficial and are actually an issue for my company. I spoke with **** from Customer Support at 1202 pm yesterday, overbilling is NOT a CS issue, so he passed me on, I then spoke with *******, who stated this is not their issue, and sent me back to CS where I was assured someone would call back immediately. No one did. Today I called at 1217 p and spoke with a disinterested and likely high "****" who - man, you gotta prob, I'll have ******** the Support Manager call you back, she did not. I just went through another 7 mins of the absolutely inefficient and confusing auto answering system only for ****** from Marketing to place me on hold, 14 mins and 3 seconds ago, because this is not "her area" and she is looking for someone to speak with me.This company has awful reviews, I made a huge mistake in not listening them.
