    I have a problem with the CK Construction Co. I hired them to put up Gutters on my pole barn. Enclosed is his estimate. He promised me that he guarantees all his work. When he completed the gutters, he just left before I could talk to him and he didn't even tell us he was finished, or say good bye.
    He was one of three estimates I received to put up seamless gutter on my pole barn. He told me he guaranteed his work. The dent in the guttering showed up after he had sent me a bill. I spoke to several other people and they told me that a good contractor would come back and replace the dented piece of gutter. I called , and emailed him to replace the guttering and finally sent him a letter on November the 9th Of 2022.
    I never heard back from him. But, at some time he came unannounced and never even let us know he was here. Without me agreeing it to it, he had tried to fix the bulge in the gutter and it was a few days later that he told me he had been here. The bulge did look better but it still had a dent in it. That was sometime around the holidays last year.
    I looked out at our barn a few weeks ago and the darn thing looks as bad as it did before! I think because that gutter has been damaged when he put it up. He and his crew were not careful, and he should do the right thing and replace it! He tried a short cut last year.
    I sent ***** ***** an email a little over a week ago and told him he needs to come back and replaced the gutter because it didn't stayed fixed. I have given him more than a week to respond to me. ***** told me guaranteed his work when I hired him, and this is unacceptable. He should have replaced the gutter from the very beginning. I wanted to try to see if you could help me get this situation resolved.
