I was led to believe I was going to receive a very comprehensive testing that would help my main root causes of my health issues. Not a typical meal and exercise program I've received from other trainers and coaches before. The blood test was nothing different that the blood test I received from my insurance that was covered. This was suppose to be a program to help with root causes and to help that would go beyond the typical. I was told the founder would work with me specifically to help with my health issues and what was off not normal as she told me. Suppose to be an hour to go over this and only 10 minutes and blew me off. Complete fraud that just wanted my money but to not really help me!!! Sold me a service and product that be comprehensive and was not at all what I got!!!

I am rejecting this response because:
This is an absolute lie! The business did not give me what I asked for in terms of going over my health concerns, finding root causes, and working with me on this! Marketing materials in emails and what the lady who signed me up told me was NOT what I received!!! So misrepresented!!!! I spoke about how I had multiple health concerns that felt off with perimenopause. This was treated as if I was someone going to a fitness trainer/nutritionist once I already signed up! This was not my impression before the sign up. One should know especially a business like theirs, that you cant treat the same cookie cutter system when working with women with perimenpause and menopause symptoms and weird things coming up that my body has felt off! The blood test was NO different than what I received from my health insurance along with going to a doctor telling me all is normal!!!! This test was suppose to be extremely comprehensive to determine root causes as I was told! This is why I signed up!!! Again..This was misrepresented! The results given by ******* was NOT true to tell me it was normal when I had two holistic experts after that who viewed this and said that my thyroid was off. I then further got testing with cat scans and ultrasounds that showed up and found multiple health issues that were serious! And even if it was showing normal results she should be asking and investigating what is going on and helping me to find root causes with further testing instead of throwing me off to an assistant that isn't able to assist with these types of issues to resolve. I was expecting ******* and was told ******* be working with me on this specifically and going over extensively to help try to find what the root causes were! A 10-15 minute zoom call that was suppose to be 1-1/2 hour to go over all concerns was extremely not acceptable! If someone has claimed to say one has normal results then that puts me in a position that there is nothing that this business can do, they shouldn't be charging me $6,800 for this! When there is opposition and pushing off normal tactics that the client has already done before I signed up with them and what I had told their sales representative, I expect that business to do much more to which they claimed they could do and were not able to deliver. They had the mindset it was normal and they threw the basic fitness/nutrition advice at me when it wasn't what I needed and not where I was at! What they provided was NOT what I signed up for! In fact, it wasn't normal when I went to the doctor and did further testing that this company didn't do anything instead took my money like $5800 for doing nothing. Just a few weeks of basic nutrition/fitness and totally nothing new. This is NOT what I signed up for before that test. I was counting on and depending on what would be done as a customization from the supposed comprehensive blood test results and have an action plan that was deeper not what I already frustratedly gone through before. This was a betrayal that sold me a lie and where Im ******!!! This should really be a prorated amount when I didn't get further assistance after the test results. I think it should be prorated and receive a REFUND of $5000. And I allow the other amount of $1800 I paid for this sorry excuse of a blood test and the assistance before to what I've received before I signed up.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction was 9/16/23 for $2500. Service was to include a blood test, gut health testing, a DNA test, a follow up blood test, and 3 consultations. Service provided was one unacceptable consultation, a blood test, a gut health test, and a DNA test. I contacted the provider, who informed me that there is no follow up blood test and refused to do a consultation on the gut health test, and I declined the DNA test. I requested a refund for the two consultations, as I was insulted during the first one, and she provided me with no new useful information. I also requested that she provide a breakdown of the charges for my insurance company, which she refused. She then cut off communications when I pointed out that she had not provided the services promised and that I didn't appreciate being insulted and I did not pay $2500 to be insulted and that she did not provide any new useful information. The gut health and DNA tests were tests that were from an online 3rd party website. I also had to travel to Decatur for the blood test. I am requesting a refund of $1500.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, I do not recall signing the contract attached by Rejuvenating Health. If this contract was over the phone, I would not read 50-60+ pages of documentation over the phone, nor did I receive a paper copy of the contract. However, please see attachment A, which are forms that I signed on 10/6/24, which was 3 weeks after my credit card was charged $2500 on 9/16/23.

I don't know that my full blood panel results were necessary, but I trust that they will remain confidential, as they contain private information.
The verbal agreement over the phone included follow up blood testing. Why would I have a blood test and not have a follow up blood test at a later date to see if any markers had improved? I was told that gut health and DNA testing was optional. I was trying this service out, as I wanted to see if it would work for my daughter (her plan would have been $6500). I was not informed that I would have to travel 1.5 hours for a blood test, when I live in a city with numerous medical testing facilities. I was not informed that 2 of the tests (gut health and DNA) could be ordered over the internet by a third party provider (available to the public) - see attachments Band C. Also see attachment D, which is a price list from the blood testing facility. My program was to include a blood panel, optional (which means I have the option of doing them or not) gut health and DNA testing, a follow up blood panel, and 3 consultations. have received one consultation and one blood panel, the gut health, and DNA test. I was promised a follow up blood test before I made this purchase.
During the initial consultation reviewing my blood test results, I was insulted and laughed at. This unprofessional and arrogant behavior pretty much ruined any provider/patient relationship. Why would I continue a service with a provider that does not take my condition seriously and speak respectfully?
Please see the conversations via ******** chat in January and March - attachments E (3 pages). A gut health consultation was refused (after I decided against the DNA test). Services promised and charged for but not provided constitute fraud. Therefore, I am requesting the $1500 refund for services not completed, as well as unsatisfactory services. $1000 is enough to cover the tests the provider "paid for" (see attachments B ,C, and D) as well as her one unprofessional consultation. I will also be reaching out to the Department of Professional Regulation as well as the IL Attorney General's office to file complaints as well. Charging for services and not providing them constitutes fraud. Business is unprofessional and does not disclose the proper information for a reasonable customer to make a decision as to whether or not to use or buy their services.

Please see attachment for plan that included 3 sets of lab work (please see my written notes) and 3 consultations. As I mentioned before, I was promised a follow up blood work during the "sales" phone call. I was provided one consultation vs the 3 promised. Also the unprofessional conduct has led me to request a $1500 refund.
