    When i placed a order for 1 large shrimp fried rice and 4 shrimp egg rolls. The price in the menu and what they rung in was different. I question her and pointed to the menu price and she said "price is higher now". I told her you cant do that because it is defrauding your customers. The lady just looked at me and said then you go. I regrettably placed the order and made sure i have the receipt of which i do. I also grabbed a menu showing the prices also.

    Hi, just for a quick response. Our menu is as old as five years ago. We dont normally update our menu frequently as our business is mainly buffet oriented. Since the pandemic, We had to adjust our price more often to keep business running. Its understandable you couldnt print new menus every single time when you update the price especially you still have loads of menu left. Its quite a cost burden for the business to do that. Also ****************** should compare our pricing with local restaurants to see how competitive we are.

    I am rejecting this response because:So for the last 5yrs they have been charging people more then the menu prices? If thats not fraudulent i dont know what too call it. I guess i will cease buying from this joint then and will tell everyone i know. If charges are not filed against them i guess i can go higher up

    This is  ridiculous! We can see ****************** in the court if he chooses to defame **. Go check out if you could have much luck finding any local restaurants that price lower than **! Let alone to say the merchants have a right to change the price without notifying customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:The only other Chinese place in ******** is very nasty. So for them too use them as references. Well we can just eat somewhere else. I am not defaming your company and guess what. When you put one price on a menu BUT charge a higher price on your register. ITS DEFRAUDING THE CONSUMER!!! Well if you want to go to court and try convincing a jury that your in the right here. You are the biggest fool in the Chinese food industry lol.Oh and you said before you only concentrate on your buffet. Well thats not too hard because its only chicken entrees at that lol.
