    Ryan S**** is the most unprofessional home inspector that my husband and I have ever worked with. We are out-of-state buyers that purchase investment properties, so we rely on thorough, detailed home inspections to help make our purchasing decisions easier. After I reviewed the home inspections, I saw that there were numerous items missing that are normally included in a home inspection. We had two units inspected; there were no photos of either kitchen, no photos of the four bathrooms, no photos of any of the flooring, and no photos of any of the bedrooms or closets. When we did a virtual walk-through on the property, we saw there was a huge stain near the front door, however, this was not mentioned anywhere in the report. When I asked Ryan about completing a more thorough report for us since we felt what we received was not complete, he told me no he would not do anything further. Ryan told me he is not an interior photographer and that I could refer to the listing photos online. He then said, “Why would you buy a property if you did not know the condition it was in. That seems dumb to put money into something that you don’t know anything about." My husband and I are amazed at this level of unprofessionalism, isn’t that what a home inspection is for, to reassure the buyers before they purchase a property? Ryan S**** is unscrupulous and does not do the job that he is advertising. Stay away from his company and find a more respectful, professional, and knowledgeable person to work with.
