Absolutely amazing crew doing the install. The organization, skill, and work ethic displayed by this crew was enough to impress any leader. Beautiful building 30x60 put up in 2 days with three men. 5 starsUnited Metal Buildings did an excellent job from start to finish. My sales consultant ***** knew his stuff and guided me through the process and options of buying the best metal building in my budget. I went with a 30x50 and their installers did a perfect install job. First have your local concrete company put the proper size concrete pad in place. Then call United Metal Buildings to get your dream building built. I went with upgrades being insulated garage doors not roll up doors, insulated windows, 26 gauge roof/wall Siding, Vertical siding for the best water shedding and cleaner walls from the outside elements. Also added three additional wall/roof trusses for 46 on center building framing. Install was perfect. Done in two days. Excellent quality materials and install. Almost forgot to Mention another upgrade is 12 gauge metal framing. 12 gauge tubed framing is stronger then a 6x6 wood post a lot of pole barn buildings are built with. Hand down the best company and quality installers to go with. A lot of companies are only middle men getting commission for selling the building. This company does it all and do excellent work. The product is wonderful and would recommend to anyone however the customer service to horrible blaming the customer for there mistake when it was on contract the location and showed up a day late so husband could not take off work the second day. Then proceeded to blame and yell on phone. Also if smoking on peoples property please clean up after yourself and dont go looking around peoples property to take blocking for your mistake. So great product but horrible people to work with.United Metal Buildings

Hi ***, Thank you for your feedback and your feedback and your business. I'm verry sorry that inconvenience with our team but I do want to say that we have all our phone calls recorded and monitored and i have checked all the calls and there is not a call in which our team yelled at your husbund or anyone and also on the phone call we verified to make sure that the location of your building was ok to set it on the location that was installed and your husbund clearly said that it was fine. Regarding our installers showing up late thats something that we try to always be on time with our times and dates but when your in the construction industry many things may occur in the process of the install like weather not being the best like it was in this case and also foundations that are not well prepared and we try to fix but that takes extra time , Regarding the installer not picking up after themselves i do strongly agree with you and I will be more aggressive in that matter. 5 starsAll I can say is I'm super impressed with this company I ran a lawn care company before I retired and dealt with a lot of different companies and contractors and these guys are great office staff to the builder's those guys were great working in rainy and snowy conditions they gave me a beautiful 24 by 35 shop I could not be happier highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a building.Review fromRussell A

I have no complaints, only praise. The crew was very efficient and polite. They asked if it was Ok to start at 6:30 AM and if it was OK to leave their trailer parked on my property overnight. I am a retired Formen and these guys are equal or better than any crew I have ever had . Very impressed with the quality of the materials that were used on the building. Also the crew made sure that the building site was clean and free of debris when they were finished. Very impressed Thank You ******* *****United Metal Buildings

We had a 25 x 60 can be put up for camper. Everything was professionally installed delivered on time And exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend them.They responded to all my calls and questions. The installers were courteous, efficient and worked long hard hours in the heat. We ordered our building to put on existing 24x52 concrete slab to replace a garage that recently burned. The complete process was great all the way from the dealer, scheduling and contractor, etc. Ivan and his crew did an exceptional well job on site. They were professional and worked fast. The building fit perfect on the old concrete slab and is very square. We choose to install our own garage door 8×16 and it fits like a glove. Thanks to all at United Metal Buildings that made this happen! You made it easy for us and we are very happy customers!United Metal Buildings

Communication is horrible. Pushed back my delivery over a month with zero accountability. Even tried lying on the other two parties they use to make the deal. Building was incorrect. Builders used things on my property without my permission. *** was a jerk who was hovering building and blamed United Metal - cannot say they werent at fault. They blamed finance which wasnt even their department, (they dont build it or set up delivery/order it). Dont waste your time on this company. Unless you want to lose a lot of money. Hi ***,So First off I realize that the order was not placed by you and that you are intervein in behalf of ************************* who is the main account holder. And regarding the delay on our install it was because the financing company still needed more paper work form your part and some signatures and until the financing company gets all the paper work together they will notify us that you are good to go to get installed. So that delay was not something that we did wrong it was due to poor communication from you and the financing company. And regarding that the building was incorrect it was not incorrect because we fabricated the building exactly the way we received the order that was signed by you guys and verified by you guys!!! Also, our policy is that one's w receive an order we confirm them with all of our customers and go over all the details of the order line per line and we always make sure to get the colors of the building correct, which in this case that's what you claim that the building is incorrect due to the colors. So when we confirmed it with you guys you guys agreed on the colors placed on the order you signed and never mentioned that they were not the correct colors. also when our scheduling department places an order to get installed they also go over all the details of the order line per line and makes sure everything is correct with what you order and once again you guys approved everything and said that it was correct. Last but not least the financing company sends out the order of the building to you guys to verify and make sure that everything is correct and has you guys sign off on the contract before they approve your loan and once again you guys signed the order stating that everything was correct. So as you see here you had several steps of verification to detect that the colors you ordered where not the correct colors and never mentioned anything about that until your building was fully installed is when you mentioned that the colors were not correct. And regarding the point that our installers used materials from your property to install your building that is not the way our teams work. If they need some sort of material to level the foundations to install the buildings they always ask first before they use something on any customers property. That why its very important that you should have your foundation leveled like we told you from the get go. And regarding the point of you wasting your money and that you lost 10k so your building was not even worth 10k it was much cheaper that that but when you purchase a building through a financing company you end up paying almost double the price from the original price, that's why we always recommend our customers to always call your bank to get better interest rates. We understand that this situation is very frustrating for you to go through this experience. And unfortunately United Metal Buildings has to receive a negative feedback when we only followed instructions from a signed order.
