    I have property on a campsite called ***************. Its an Rv / park model private community. We had a trailer that needed replacement asap. The association there gives a certain amount of time to replace it Went to purchase a trailer and found one we really liked at **** Bright Rv. We gave $500 to start the process of purchase on Friday, 5/21/22. *******************, sales person took our information to start credit app. A few days later, our association told us that the trailer we wanted was not doable because of property lines and going over. So we called to lett Jeff Bright RV center to let them know we couldn't not have the 2021 Salem and that we needed something smaller for our space. *** and **** instructed us to look in their website for other rv's. Unfortunately, they had nothing that suited our floor plan and needs.About a week later, we asked for our $500 deductible. Being that we had to move quickly and had a deadline for replacement, we purchased elsewhere. ****** RV, is refusing to return our $500. They won't return calls and the one time I did speak to ****, the owner, a few weeks ago, he said he would refund our money the next day. Still nothing. I wanted to resolve this between them and us but to nothing. They're just blowing us off.
