    Eight months ago, we contacted Crawford Company to address a leaking tub. A technician named ***** was sent to fix the issue. He left for several hours to get a part, and when he returned, he created another problem during the repair process.After he completed the job, we had to call Crawford Company again to report the new issue ***** had caused. ***** came back, but he was late and unable to resolve the new problem. He assured us that any additional costs would be covered due to the mistake he made.Recently, we received a final notice for a bill related to this service. Despite *****'s assurance, the owner of Crawford Company refused to participate in a three-way call to discuss the situation. The owner also claimed this was our first complaint and insisted that ***** only visited our home once, which is not true.We are extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability shown by Crawford Company. We feel that our concerns were not taken seriously, and we are now unfairly being charged for a problem their technician caused. We cannot recommend Crawford Company based on our experience.

    I contacted Crawford Company to address a commercial boiler and related plumbing in a former school that I purchased as a home. The *********** appeared to do a good job, however the plumbing team has not completed their work (sadly I paid in advance) and refuses to return calls. There is still water rapidly leaking out of a pump they replaced which they has seen but not resolved, water on the floor by a radiator which they bypassed with pipe. I thought we had a good working relationship, but the job is not done, there are leaks in what was done and they won't return calls. I would suggest that you find a company that successfully finishes what they start. This is not the case with Crawford Company.
