    I had **** loans through pawn king 2 months ago when I had called to make a payment on my loans they told me that I couldn't make my payment on my loans due to them having a disagreement with my husband earlier that day and that they had already pulled all my items and placed them on the shelf already that I could call and complian to corporate if I wanted so I had done that and have not gotten contacted back as of the 1 of January although I have no pawns they pulled ***** off my credit card that they had never ran before because they always tell is only cash payments are accepted. So at this time I am waiting for a new social security card and I have requested for a investigation on this matter. I need something done because even pawn king told me that I didn't have any pawns in there and they don't know why money was pulled off my card but can't do anything to help locate my money that was unlawfully taken from my card.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The date the $78. Worth of money that was unlawfully taken from my account was on january 2nd or 3rd 2023 all of those clearly states 2022 and the owner was not on the line when I had spoken with ***** and when ***** had told me I wasn't allowed to pay or pick up my pawns and that still doesn't explain why I had $78 worth of  money pulled off of my card on the 2nd or 3rd of January 2023. So no these statements from what was the last pawns on file from what he had clearly stated doesn't explain why they weren't longer there but the money was still taken from my account which by the way was a newly issued card that I had just received not even a month prior to this.
