      On July 6th I went in for an appointment that was scheduled for 5 oclock. I waited for over an hour to get in for my appointment and was met with a very rude employee who put down the other work I had gotten done there. He got upset with me when I told him I didnt like the work he sketched out when I got home I realized the work I had gotten done looked horrible. I paid 135 with tip. I called the shop the next day and was told the owner of Otool would reach out to me and its been about 3 weeks now with me calling the different stores to get ahold of them and I still havent heard anything. With how awful my experience was their with their employee and I havent been able to actually speak to anyone in regards to my issue I feel as though the owner does not care about its customers which also gives the business a bad wrap. They havent been helpful to resolve this very serious issue. Ive been going in circles with the people that work at the front desk but still havent been contacted by the owner. In the picture you can see the font that was asked for and the work I received is not even close to that and its lopsided
