    The manager and individual whom I think is possibly one of the owners promised rare and allocated Bourbons through a loyalty program. Each time I made a purchase at the store my phone number was taken and I was told they do this to keep track of your spending in the store. The store manager promised me a rare level of allocated Bourbons if I got above $1200 in spending. The manager and the individual I believe to be one of the owners both indicated that the allocated products are held for customers with a certain amount of spending. In reliance on this statement I spent around $1400 at the store I think. I sent an email to the store with my request for allocated Bourbons which was reasonable and very flexible. I did not get a response. Thus, I called to ask about the allocated Bourbons and was told that everything is now put on shelf and nothing can be held. I think the bottle they "offered" was on the shelf and was not anything close to the level that was promised. Thus, it appears the loyalty program does not exist at this time and was used to lure me into the store to spend Money. I feel that the prices were somewhat inflated at this store. I was willing to pay these prices for the allocated Bourbon that was promised. I feel that the store did not fulfill its representations it made to me and was just trying to get me to spend money in the store.
