    I am writing to file a complaint against Hampton Ridge (or the property management company managing Hampton Ridge) located at 3464 Hampton ridge dr. ******* multiple complaints and attempts to resolve the issues, the management has been unresponsive and neglectful. The specific problems I have encountered include:1.Bug Infestation: The unit is infested with roaches and other pests, making it impossible to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment. This infestation has also caused damage to my personal property.2.Mold Problems: There is extensive mold in various areas of the apartment, posing serious health risks due to persistent moisture problems and inadequate ventilation. As a result of the mold, I have suffered a respiratory infection.3.Dog Feces: The common areas are littered with dog feces, creating unbearable odors and significant health hazards.4.Poor Management: The management is unresponsive and unprofessional, failing to address any of my concerns adequately.5.Racist Neighbors: Some neighbors have exhibited racist behavior, including unjustified calls to the police, creating a hostile and uncomfortable living environment.6.Lease Issues: ******* these severe issues, management is refusing to allow me to break my lease, trapping me in an unhealthy and unsafe situation.7.Property Damage: The bug infestation has resulted in damage to my personal property, further exacerbating the living conditions.8.Safety Concerns: My son suffered an injury due to an unsecured closet mirror door that fell on him. The mirror closet doors were not properly secured, posing a significant safety hazard.I am seeking the BBBs assistance in mediating this dispute and urging Hampton Ridge management to address these issues promptly and allow me to break my lease without penalty.Sincerely, *********************** 3424 Hampton ridge apt 3
