    I own an Apt building on *********************************************. I needed a new refrigerator for Apt. # 3 and called Mildas Accesorios on 3/27/23 to see if they had one I could purchase, they did. They delivered one and it didn't work, they did replace it 2 days later. This one had the freezer working, but the refrigerator part did not cool. They told me the woman was doing something to it. She is an older lady who knows the cooling of a fridge. They would not replace it with a new one that cooled. I had a repairman come who has dealt with other refrigerators we have had not working and has fixed them. He said the freezer worked, but tried to fix the fridge part. He couldn't get it to stay cool. So, now we still have no refrigerator and have to buy another one. We spent $316 plus $6.00 for delivery. They will not give our money back or replace it with one that works. Thank you for your help,****************************

    Hello I bought a washer on 6/15/22 when I got at home it was not working properly so they have a 30 day exchange so I went and exchange it out for another one they had me pay more money for the new one and so I end up bringing that one back home and that one started messing up so I came back again but not in 30 days I came back maybe three days later and I found another washer had them run this washer it seemed OK and when I got at homeIt was messing up so I figured it needed more time for it to mess up when I left the store the lady told me that she wanted me to get this washer and not come back so Ive paid them $260 and I still have a washer that doesnt work I would like to have my money back and they can have their washer back
