    ****** at ******************************* was hired to do some tree work on my property (which I don't reside at). He called and said they were all done and he'd like to get paid now. So I made out a check at home for the full amount and met him at property. It looked good at first glance, till I walked around back. He didn't finish cutting the trees down to the fence line (as it clearly states in his proposal). When I questioned it, he said something about getting trucks back and that he would return in the morning. I trusted him to come back. I could see he had his wife/girlfriend with him in car and they were hoping to get money today. Tomorrow never did happen, or did next week that he promised, or the next and so on. Then winter/snow came making it impossible to get back there, as it is behind an easement that gets plowed in during winter. Here we are in summer, and still a no show. When he responded (again) last week on June 18th, he stated in a text to my phone "I took a look at the property but it's a lot so if you can wait until next week I can do it." Still has NOT came.
