I paid **** dollars to tjis establishment for a used transmission and they replaced 3 faulty transmission and after 1 and half months decided to rebuild my trans. I got ot back last week and its leaking trans fluids faster than I can put it in. I replaced the pan and gasket. Its costing me 29 bucks a day in trans fluids and my trans is overheating Because of this. Im a independent contractor driver and this truck is my livelihood. I sold my personal vehicle to pay for my transmission replacements, and is my only means of transportation.I can no longer take my truck back to this company for them to wait until the warranty expires and its currently still under warranty.

I ordered a ***************** on 7/14/22 from a broker who used ********** to supply it to me. I was charged $783 on the day of the order (reference #******). After a couple weeks with no motor, tracking #, any updates, I called the broker, thinking that it was their fault that I did not have it. I demanded a refund ($300) and it was in my account within a few days. I dug deeper to find who "**********" was, got in touch with the shop, spoke with ******* initially, and he said that the motor was still sitting in the shop due to the broker not giving him my correct phone number. I shrugged it off, thought we were cool, thought my motor was being shipped, thought I was getting a tracking number. I was wrong on all accounts. After another 2 weeks, I was certain that I was scammed. I called the shop, texted ******* personally, and ******** messaged the shop. My calls are ignored every single time, texts haven't been answered in weeks. I have to call on alternate phone numbers in order to get a hold of the shop. I got a hold of ****** on 9/16 and he said that since they can not find the motor, he said I would get a refund and that it would clear in 2-3 business days. I was cool with it... again. It is now 9/22, I messaged on fb (the messages are seen but unanswered), I called a couple times from my personal phone, calls ignored. I used my work phone, call was answered in 2 rings. I was told that the refund cleared on their end on the 19th (monday). I at first was cool, saying we can give it till next monday, but I know that it is not coming especially with the other complaints and ratings that I found on BBB. These guys are a scam, and they have their market cornered because ordering a motor from a broker is their way to literally not have to give you any information. I have already begun pursuing legal action. ********************************* (owner) is running a scam and he's probably going to get away with it spot free. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.
