    My sister passed away in Sept of 2023.Although I was the one who purchased her plot and have custody of her son, ****** at Willwood Cemetery allowed someone other than me to sign for ownership of my sister's plot. I voiced that I wanted to bury her son on top of her when he transitions and he STILL allowed someone else to sign for the plot. My ENTIRE family was present at the time funeral arrangements were made and there were no documents signed when we were all present. Which means he allowed documents to be signed WITHOUT confirming who the owner of the plot should be. It was very evident to me that they didnt care who the owner was as long as they received a check (my check at that). Not only did they allow someone to sign for ownership, they gave this individual a receipt with my information on it being that it was my account that it came from. My next step is to resolve this matter in court as I have contacted them multiple times, they keep saying they will return my calls and have not.
