    ******** customer service. I would not recommend dealing thru this store. We order a fireplace and we were promised a three week delivery schedule, which turned into four months, at least. So we decided to cancel the order, and now they are keeping part of our down payment for a restocking fee because one item in our order did show up, even though the item we ordered is just a standard ******** that I see all of the bad reviews here, I can see that I am not alone. Just wished that I would have checked these reviews first.

    Completely unprofessional company. The female receptionist was absolutely rude, the owner showed up crazy late to appointment with no text or call. I had to reach out and ask if he was even coming. Ultimately never received estimate even after asking for it. I feel they are anti LGBT+ because I have a rainbow all are welcome sign in my front yard. I will not be using this company and would never recommend anyone to go to them
