    On July 6, 2024 I had a appointment at *******'s Best Eyeglasses and Contact in ********* location ****************************************************. I completed my exam and purchased new glasses for approximately $238.00. During the exam I aks when my glasses would arrive that checked in the system and stated there were no back order issues with the frames and I would have my glasses on 7/16/24 takes 10 days. I explained that I need the glasses due to a trip I neeed to take and drive on the higway on 7/18/24. I was assured I would received them. I called in today and spoke to a ******** she stated that my eyeglasses were not there. I ask here what is the issue it has been ******************************************************************************* finding out about the delay and what the next protocol would be. She promised to contact their District Manager and call by by end of day. Never received a response at all from her and basically could not give a ETA at all. I paid for my glasses and was promised 10 days.

    On September 16th 2023. I went into their store with a set of eyeglasses that needed new lenses. They said it would take 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks they still did not have them. Tried to get them to talk to the warehouse that was doing it and they said they did not have a way to do that but by email. After 3 weeks still had no answers and have never received a phone call from them to this date. After three and a half weeks I called them and told them to cancel the order and mail a refund to me with my frames. It's been over a month now two months since the beginning and still have not received anything back from them or even heard from them. Can you please help me.
