    I recently had the pleasure of working with ** ***** at Gustafson's Furniture, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. **** professionalism and expertise made the process of purchasing two recliners incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us to the perfect choices without any pressure.

    We bought a fancy new bed setup off the floor for around $10,000. It died in 2-3 weeks. **** back to store for help and they offered no assistance. Needed to call three companies to get it fixed. Outside companies agreed the customer service is pretty crappy. So much for buying locally. When the brothers are smiling during the commercials, it's ********. Obviously won't be going back and did file a complaint with the BBB.

    Bought a great England brand sofa from Gustafsons Furniture. The fabric color/pattern selection was outstanding and ************************* as sales consultant was extremely helpful as she guided us through the process. I will be shopping here again in the near future.

    Bought a two piece couch in January and paid $1400 from the odds and ends area. Within two weeks both foot lifts broke. Gustafsons at first didnt return my call so I put a dispute on the charge. They finally said I could get another piece of furniture and they would remove *************. Then they changed their minds. I did win the dispute so I got the money but none of the charities want a broken piece of furniture. Gustafsons insisted they won the dispute but I had the money! So today Im paying 800-GOTJUNK to take this monster to the dump and paying to have another new couch delivered.Gustafsons was horrible to work with. **** was the manager that wouldnt return calls and then lied about the dispute. Its been a nightmare for 6 months. I usually try to buy local when I can but this is one local dealer I will never deal with again.
