    Response from the owner6 months ago This is still a family owned business ****** is still a part of this business The reason for the reminders are general but you have been late repeatedly. You put your business out there so yes we do call and try to collect money that you owe. I'm sure you want to be paid when you work we also want to get paid for lending money to you!     Ive been doing business with this company since I was 17 years old! The owner Mr. ***** is no longer a part of the day-to-day operations, and a company that once gave me a family feel is all about money. Everything is 100x what it costs to buy outright, and the reminder calls and texts are blatantly disrespectful with threats and misinformation. No one in the store talks to the next employee, so if you have an arrangement with one person, the lady in the back still calls you and threatens you! Take your hard-earned money somewhere else. The Vaughns we grew to love died!
