    Hello, I have email ******* ******* at ********************** on oct 12th asking questions regarding this complaint, I just now have sent her email again asking to respond. Questions I have are in order to look into this matter and resolve it. 

    Where did this transaction took place on pump outside or inside the store. 

    What are last 4 digits of card used. Time and date of transaction.

    Was this a gift card ? ***** master card, discover 

    What was this transaction for ? Fuel or other inventory. 

    These questions will help me pull up transaction with video footage of transaction.

    Explanation of terms used by her that card was charged after service was done i am confused, if she pumped gas, card has to be charged there and then. I also suggested to her to dispute charges with card issuing company and when they send me charge back I will provide copy of transaction. I haven't heard from her yet. Please respond to email address *******************************

    Bought monster drink tasted nasty. Smelled and tasted like women's perfume. Spit out drink returned it. Left number for manger to call. Never called. Returned to store to be told if she were to refund everyone who touched something she'd be out of business. What a dumb excuse for not wanting to take care of regular customers! I'll never return again

            ************** first of all  i thank you for being our customer we appreciate your business, it is very unfortunate that you came across a monster drink which according to you did not tasted or smelled how it suppose to, in my defense all i can say is we do not produce this product we buy our product from different sources, regardless of where we bought this inventory from i will make it rite with you. we love our customers without you there is no business and every customer every ***** counts, i would like you to go back to this location and introduce yourself as **** and collect 2 monster drinks on house. as a code please give them last 4 numbers of this complaint which is D2961, my name is ******* i am area manager for this company.

    Thank you ***************** as I will take care of this tomorrow afternoon I spoke with ******* who was also rude to me before this as well and she said she couldn't do anything about it and she's the store manager there so I'm glad that you can take care of this from ************* in ******** ******** thank you
