  Attorney ************************* represented me from 2016 to 2017 and he and his office were thorough, responsive, and kept myself and my daughter well-protected from an abusive person.

  I retained this legal firm, *******************************, during my divorce after. letting Attorney #1 go due to bad counsel which included advising me I had to move from my family home, martial home, when my husband (.10 yrs married, 15 yrs cohabiting) started divorce proceedings at Covid start, as I brought my frail mom, 10 yrs Alzheimers, out of dangerous nursing care. I retained Pro Legal Care because I was left with no access to marital funds, husband controlled all assets, and I was in extreme financial distress, my mom had to be out of the chaos of early Covid in the rehab nursing facility, so many dangerous conditions and neglect with bedsores, no physicians available at all, on and on. ******** identified sad an attorney who specialized in assisting women in abusive relationships. I believe he either lied about that or didnt believe the extreme situation I was in as a 60 yr old woman, cut off from all joint property, caring for my final stage mom with dignity she deserved. This attorney allowed the clock to run for almost 2 yrs. From start to finish, from forced out of my home to divorce and settlement, 2 yrs. He allowed my ex to stall out of agreements as they were on the judges desk, three times. Each stall another two to three months of retainers, obscene charges totaling over ********* by the time it was over. I can say ******* appeared, on retrospect, to make sure he got every ***** available, I was willing to settle for very little, ex was allowed to abuse through court by my own attorney. I finally fired him when he degradingly told me, after I paid over ******, hed need an immediate ***** to fight the petition to withdraw maintenance filed by ex post divorce, because he didnt believe Id pay him. ****** per month, 2 hefty retainers, and he slammed me instead of my ex husband. I still owed the man **** when I was injured and unable to work for two months. ******* took me to court for a judgment just as I got back to work, new job. Steer clear.

  Former client's case ended with an agreed settlement - she chose to agree to the outcome of her case. The court record reflects a more accurate description of the events than her numerous negative reviews of our law firm. We're sorry that nearly a year later, she now regrets the agreements that she made to settle her divorce, but that choice was hers. Additionally, the judge in former client's case has ruled our fees fair and reasonable and entered a judgment against her ordering her to pay her bill. In the 7 months since that order entered, she has chosen to leave negative reviews for our firm instead of following the court order directing her to pay her bill. Payment of her bill as ordered by the judge would have prevented further court proceedings for her.
