  Our salesman, *****, was super informative regarding the products we were looking for. He was also very swift in getting the paperwork and sale ready as well as scheduling for delivery. Overall, he had a friendly and inviting personality.The day of our delivery, we realized our doorway was too narrow and the men delivering our item, ************* worked really hard to try and solve the issue. They even took the time to discuss some other item options. When we decided to remove part of the door frame and attempt to get the item in later, they were willing to schedule coming back first thing the next day to finish the delivery and installation. Both men were super friendly and kind in the fact that we hadn't appropriately measured the space for the item we purchased.Overall, everything felt much more personal and made the experience better than I could have imagined with a big box store. Not to mention, we got a better deal than we had been seeing at the same time at those other places!

  We recently purchased a fridge and oven from Guler, drawn by their promise of personal support and easy access to assistancea refreshing departure from the impersonal service often found at big box retailers. Regrettably, our experience has fallen far short of the high standards suggested during the sales pitch.Our salesman, *****, has been consistently unresponsive and seemingly disinterested in addressing our concerns. The oven arrived at the store without our knowledge, and we only discovered it was ready for delivery after initiating contact ourselves. The fridge, initially promised last month, was then delayed to early this month, a deadline that has since come and gone without delivery. Despite reaching out to ***** for an update, it's been five days, and we've yet to receive a callback.Most disheartening is the lack of proactive communication and the dismissive attitude we've encountered when seeking updates. Each interaction has left us feeling like an inconvenience, rather than valued customers.While I understand that delays can occur, the lack of transparency and subpar customer service are inexcusable. This experience is in ***** contrast to Guler's initial promise of exceptional personal support.I am writing this review in the hope that Guler takes this feedback to heart and strives to improve its service. Potential customers should be aware of the possibility of such experiences. We still hold out hope for a resolution to our ongoing issues and for the betterment of customer service for future patrons.

  After receiving two dented appliances, we were offered a complementary install on our dishwasher. However the installation was not done properly and we had to have our floors taken out due to water damage. It has been 10 weeks and we still havent gotten a replacement floor installed. Over promised and definitely under delivered.its been such a disappointment dealing with this well known local business.
