      I was seen in this eye clinic 3 times for contacts. The Doctor/manufacturer cannot get my contacts to a point where i can actually see out of them. The last visit the Dr told me to just adapt. I am now out almost $450 for contacts. The clinic will NOT refund my money so I am basically out alot of money. I paid for contacts and I do not have contacts.

      I was illegally charged a $35.00 co pay which should not have been charged. I have called my medical insurance company which is also trying to help. Advanced is using stall tactics like not calling me as promised and saying the manager has to approve the refund but they dont know when the manager will be in.

      My ************** incorrectly charged me for contacts, they only did the 15% discount, my insurance which is Eyemed has $135 allowance for contacts and then a 15% on top of that. Today I went back tot he eye dr to pick up contacts (2nd time, the first time the contacts were incorrect, I could not see out of them). Today the contacts are still not correct, I can not see out of them. I asked for refund as I have already been there 3 times, cant continue to take time off of work. Dr said only options are to adapt (How does one adapt to not being able to see???) or try soft lenses. I told her I was not interested in soft as I am not willing to pay any more money and keep coming back. 3 visits is enough. I left the contacts with the office and asked for a refund because they are useless to me. They are not willing to refund my money. I paid $446.42. for the contacts and $85 for a fitting fee. I am asking for a full refund for the contacts that I do not have and the fitting fee.
