Returned the product and they took the money and never paid us back. They told us to bring back the shoes and foot inserts and they never gave us the money back.

Background: Arrived 12pm on 05/13 expecting to spend maybe $200 total on arch supports. I have tendinitis in my knees since i was 16, have major back pain that i see a chiropractor for. Was advised to look for arch supports to help with my problems which lead me to the good feet store. At the time: I was told that these inserts were a special patented product, with a "podiatrist" behind it, with results that I would get with ither insoles, which i belived as ive been through quiet a few insoles in my days. Was told that I was making a necessary investment in my future health, which i believed, after all my chiro told me arch supports would help.I have never felt so convinced that I was speaking to a qualified expert, which when later speaking to the store owner on the phone was told they are just "really good sales reps". Over an hour later and constant list of information and test walks, my brain was fried. I remember reading, and re-reading, and re-reading the price sheet trying to figure out what I actually needed. I left with one of the three supports as thats what i could afford. I was told a week later when talking to the store owner and later the store manager that if i wanted results i would have to buy to total package which is a few thousand dollars. Then told well its your shoes. Honenestly just being told its my problem in some aspect and that they are not liable. After the purchase and return visit I've read up on the company, the product, and the results most people actually saw, and was certain I'd been had. Attempted Resolution: emailed parent company, talked to store owner and return visit with store manager. Have tried to call back to talk to store owner but store manager texted back instead saying that maybe he will or won't call you back. I walk out the front door after a killer sales pitch, and now it's been a week+ with no return call. At this point I cannot wear the insoles and would like some monetary return on the product.
