    Even with all the rumors and the high turn over rate at P.C.I Pharma Services. Each and everyday I give them my all, even when I myself have experience bias/racism at an all time high here at this place. They are not valuing good workers instead they use us and show favoritism. I also have a reputation of being a good HARD worker, I've done O.T. for the last 3 months since I been employed thru Q.p.s temp. Service. I have great attendance, good work ethic, but what I don't like about P.c.i is the toxic sope- opera nature of it. Ok, just this last month in April, had been turbulent. Managers and Staff, have been sabatoging me and cheating me out of my o.t. and everybody else. I've had to stand up for myself alot just in this last phase of being hired in. Remind you, I've over exceeded the goal of 500 hours in my 90 day ****** My problem is, I reported a co -worker named ***** for sexual Harassment, she grabbed my **** in the break area. And wrote a statement, I was told by *******************************, our operations Manager that she would NOT put this female back on the same line as me. And since then HAS, so I snapped a pic with the girl on my line. Obviously, their not taking sexual Harassment serious ENOUGH when it come to a male. I've been working uncomfortable because of it, I feel violated and discriminated against. If they had checked the cameras they'd know and see for themselves I was violated. The 3 months I have been at P.C.I has been turmoil because the lack of structure in the building. Lacking morals. Now on this day, because it's so close to me getting hired in. I had to write a statement about another incident they say involving sexual harassment. Which is frivolous to me, it was consensual and AWAY from work. This ******* girl had me request her ******** after we spoke at work. It takes 2 to tangle, then a week later I'm getting walked out for comments outside of P.C.I. Premeditated, when it was CONSENSUAL. Why should I be punished, if p.c.i not enforcing the harassment on my behalf! They just don't want to pay me what I'm worth, because of my higher calling their going out their way to slander my name.
