      Beware!!! Save every single piece of documentation like I did, if they pull you off a table mistreatment write it down and date it, do not trust their billing procedures, plan on not getting anywhere when you call, plan on learning about a "second bill/account" which is why the total amount owed is not going down despite sending in $100/month.....and the list goes on and on and on because I document everything. Protect yourself with documentation on every single second in that place.

      Drs and physicians therapists are great. I honestly believe I would be in a wheelchair if it was not for this facility. Thank you especially Dr ***********************
