    I have opened maintenance requests multiple times with never hearing back from my property manager or the maintenance department. I have had an open ticket with them since 3/01 about a broken/non functioning toilet in my apartment. I have called them on top of putting this ticket in 3 times and still never hearing back from them even after leaving voicemail. I just would like to have my apartments toilet fixed so me and my family can use the restroom.

    40 dollars was giving for application fee

    This is the second time we have refunded his application fee. He applies for a property and then requests his fee get returned. We are not holding any money of his

    applied for a apartment and paid the $60 application fee and I wasn't contacted back for a month. The apartment I filed the application for was no longer available due to their neglect of my application. I was offers other apartments but none of them were what I wanted. I was treated poorly and unprofessional. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was treated poorly because of my credit history and basically told I should be lucky my application was accepted.

    ******* applied along with his mother on 8/5/2024 and he stated was living in a hotel, that did not match what was on the application. We ran the applications and tried to get them approved. Once he started looking at the units he became very verbally aggressive with the agent and again with myself. We canceled the applications and refund the application fees on 8/30/2024 at 11:15am when he started with the racial slurs regarding the ******************* I had let him know that we would not be moving forward as we will not tolerate that behavior. There was an entire office listening to this,  he was on speaker. I reached out to his mother on 8/30/2024 at 11:17am and again at 11:18am to let her know we had canceled the applications and the reason why. She said she understood and we ended the call. I can not go into details regarding his credit or his background. He had been working with an Agent named *** and she showed him units even though he knew they were not ready and was told that on multiple occasions by her and myself, but insisted on seeing them.
