5 starsI had wind and hail damage on my roof, older 2 story that is 30ft. Platinum Home Builders and The project manager **************** wonderful to work with. ****** walked me through the whole process with insurance, the insurance inspector and the roofers. They replaced my roof and gutters timely and seemlessly. I was nervous about the process but ****** made sure I was informed and didnt let me down. 5 starsI used platinum homebuilders based on a suggestion from one of my neighbors. I was more than satisfied with their professionalism and work that they did in replacing *******. They made the whole experience very easy on us and dealt with my insurance company quite well. 5 starsThis may seem long winded but I must state that I couldn't be happier with the work I've had done so far by Platinum home builders. As a young home owner experiencing my first home owners insurance claim I wasn't sure what to do or who to go to. ****** and his crew took care of my roof and gutters and walked me through the repairs they were making and explained in detail showing me pictures of any additional issues or changes they were having to make. ********************* as their office administrator was on site throughout the time they were here and called me outside or sent me photos and genuinely took the time to explain the entire process. As someone who is generally untrusting and is aware of all of the scams that take place in this day and age I must say I was skeptical of anyone working on my home at first. Platinum home builders gave me the trust and accountability I was looking for. They are currently working with me and my insurance to make sure my house is being repaired to code and that things that need to be updated to meet code are being taken care of and are accounted for by my insurance (within their power and my home owners insurance policy). They are currently working to get my siding matched to complete the job and I'm on my way to be a much happier homeowner after this entire escapade. For anyone concerned about their estimating or initial down payment, I was concerned at first as well. However, they showed up when they stated they would be here, they completed the job in a timely and professional manner and they left my yard and property looking better than when they got here. My roof and gutters look great and I look forward to having them back to complete my siding. Thank you to everyone at Platinum who helped out! 5 starsPlatinum Home Builders were the only ones that helped me! They were honest and fair, excellent communication and the outcome of my roof and gutters was AMAZING. I highly recommend talking with ****** and their crew, ***************** are always helpful and happy to to help you, their inspectors were present when the insurance sent their specialist, and they made sure we got what was ours.Review fromCraig S

Excellent job with our roof and gutters. They are the experts and worked with us to make sure we able to get the work we needed to get done and communicate with our insurance. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the workers were friendly and always checked in at the start and end of the job each day with a report as to what they did and the plan for the next day. I strongly recommend Platinum Builders. (******, **)
