    I purchased a new 2023 Tranquility ** on 9/8/23 for $126,511.32 We drove unit to our house in **********, **. the first time it rained at home, the rear windows leaked ruining a down comforter and causing interior damage.. There were multiple issues with the *** the drawers, body issues, electric issues and the leaky back window. We returned unit asked Collier to go over the entire unit, especially electrical. Collier had it for over 30 days and finally returned it. Maiden trip in January, and to please make sure everything is working right since we would be on the road for a month. First night the electrical system went down, no heat or any power in the coach. ******** promised off grid for at least a couple days. Plan was to stay in the ** as we traveled through the gulf coast states with reservations and family plans to meet up at various places. We called Collier the next day and was referred to ****. They in turn sent us to "Master Volt" The Coach electrical designer. After many days of having to start the ** up and run it during the night just to stay warm and now fridge or lights or water in the system, we were finally able to connect with master Volt. I was instructed to connect may laptop to the ** and Master Volt would remotely diagnose. The diagnoses was there were some major faults in the coach electrical system and its relays. I have the emails between myself Master Volt, Thor, Collier ** . We spent *********************************************************************************************************************************** speaking with Collier (****), ****,(****) on a daily basis, I let them know this unit had way too many defects and electrical issues. Windows still leaked drawers inoperable, and major electrical. I wanted my money back. They said they understood, and I would be taken care of when I got back. issues were there from the beginning. It wasn't until we went on the road with this that these problems manifested themselves.
