    Placed an online order (5331 on 01/03/2025) for the HELLO BEAUTIFUL - LUXURY FACE + BODY COLLECTION which I was excited to get for my birthday. After receiving the order I realized they did not include the $15 Luxury Facial Brush as was mentioned in the offer AND shown in the picture listed. After reaching out through email the day of order; I never received a response. So, I tried again a few day later and received a response from ***** saying I was wrong about what the site promised. I provided her a screen shot of the promised offer when I made my decision to purchase and was still told I was wrong since promo is "heavily discounted" already. They also update the website to reflect the new promotion and hide the changes. This is not the only issue with the site with product prices being misleading. For example, it'll show the lower price but once selecting it automatically has the larger, more expensive item selected.

    Placed an online order (5331 on 01/03/2025) for the HELLO BEAUTIFUL - LUXURY FACE + BODY COLLECTION which was to include everything in the picture shown. The items were also listed below which I took a screenahot of to ensure I got everything offered. Since taking the screenshot the site has been updated to the new promotion that was NOT posted at the time I purchased. This can be seen when looking under the page sources coding. I can try to provide a better receipt but the online copy only shows order number, name of bundle purchased, and total paid.

    Attached you will find a copy of the HUGE DISCOUNT PROMO we offered as a small business. Several customers took advantage of this sale. This is the only customer complaint weve had in our 14+ years in business and for this particular sale
    From time to time we run specials on our products as does any business does.
    I am the owner of this business and do all of our email promos, update our websites to reflect the sale, etc.. I can tell you in all honesty our website description highlighted the details of this sale to match this email. When she took a screen shot the sale had already ended.
    This sale was very clear in the product description section as it was changed to reflect the sale during the promo. The email stated the same promo (see attached email below). I can forward you the original email that went out with the promo if you would like.
    Customer was correct in here statement the sale was changed back because the sale ended and went back to our original price on this collection at the time she took screenshots.  
    **the part where she said This is not the only issue with the site with product prices being misleading.  For example, it'll show the lower price but once selecting it automatically has the larger, more expensive item selected.  what she is referring to is product variants (we do offer different sizes in some of our products, and it does give you a pull down option to choose the size. The total prices she was giving me do not match the actual prices of the bigger jars she received with her collection.
    From the beginning of our interactions, she threatened me right away to go to the BBB. She also uses an alias name (fickle elkcif) on her reviews **********************************
    As a small business, I dont feel as though I should have to give any more product away for free on a promo she received $218 worth of product for ONLY $150 (thats a HUGE discount). It was clearly stated in the email promo and on our website and she was the only customer that took advantage of this huge promo that had a problem.
    Please let me know if you need me to provide further documentation or further email history. Customer has given us 2 reviews under her alias name fickle elkcif  regarding this matter

    This purchase was based off the great deal given and the image which shows a facial brush in the bundle not sponges. Based on the promotion you kindly forwarded in the prior email exchange I would STILL be missing an item. According to the offer that was forwarded I should have received 2 Luxury Cosmetic Spoons and I only received one.
