The complaint is vague. It is hard to clearly see what the complaint is that needs addressed in the provided information. In our best effort to address the complaint we have a response below.

Please see paragraph 4.2 section a. through g. in the executed agreement attached to our response

Iconic does not upgrade or relocate customers electric services and or equipment. The customers home had a pre-existing code violation of his utility meter being located within the home. Iconic Energy's scope of work did not require touching or modifying the utility meter. Upon final inspection from the city, the home could not pass final inspection because the homeowner had a pre-existing code violation that the utility requires to be updated. Iconic provided the homeowner an electricians contact information and even generously gave the homeowner $500.00 to help offset the unforeseen expense. Iconic did not have to give any compensation. The homeowner had said he had a quote for $1000.00 to move the meter to the location required by the utility. The customer follows the contract and gets the utility meter located where the utility requires it to be located. The home then passes final inspection. Iconic takes the final inspection sticker and submits it to the utility for energization. That is the where we are at today. If you would like any further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. **************.

      To whom this may concern,

Iconic was hired to provide the exact materials and labor listed in the agreement previously attached. Iconic performed what was listed in the agreement as this is only what Iconic was hired to do. If ever a homeowner needs to bring their home up to code or compliance,  it is the responsibility of the property owner. Not the responsibility of the solar contractor hired. We generously compensated this customer hundreds of dollars without having to. This complaint is the thanks we get for helping the customer.

If the customer feels they have been wronged or mislead we encourage them to hire legal council to read the agreement entered and completed for their professional opinion. Then the customer will fully understand who is responsible for the additional work. This customer agreed to have the additional work completed by another contractor,  agreed to take our generous payment to help them offset the cost. Now after the project has been completed, we get this complaint. If the customer genuinely felt it wasn't their responsibility,  they would have addressed it and refused to have the additonal work done at the time.

We have tried to explain this to the customer repeatedly for weeks now. ******************** needs assistance comprehending the contract terms. He has called our office and has been very rude and disrespectful to our staff. I am still willing to talk with him myself but at this point he is not being understanding. At this point I feel them meeting an attorney and reviewing the information together would help this customer conclude what was suppose to take place and what did take place.

In no way shape or form has this customer been harmed by **********************. If anyone would like to discuss this further, my direct cell is **********. *************************
