    Kasongo Movers was terrible. The tried to present an entirely blank contract for me to sign and when I refused the manager, ******, called me and boldly lied to me about the timeframe for my move and the communication that would occur along the way. Once our items were picked up, we didn't hear from them for weeks and it took over a month for our parents' belongings to make it to their memory care facility. Four boxes and several items of furniture went missing. And ******** number myseriously went out of service a few days after our items were picked up. Hard to tell if it was incompetence or a deliberate scam but either way DO NOT TRUST this company. They were subcontracted out without our notice by ******************** out of *********, **, Do not trust them either. Both were horrible.
