*********** keeps refunding a part I ordered twice He refuses to ship out a compressor only because I questioned if it would fit my car Im a woman and I wasnt sure because it didnt say the year of my car so he says he will pass on this sale Sends me a refund I reordered the correct part and he refunds me again He wont get on the phone to talk to me just keep refunding my order This is rediculous didnt know u would pick and choose who u sale parts to Now I will need to have someone else re order it because I need air in my car Shame on me zach If youre a woman dont ? Him about parts he will cancel your order

We are sorry this happened. We pride ourselves on customer service. We were ready to ship the part, but found our from our Quality Control Team the part was not up to our standards prior to packaging. Therefore we refunded you immediately. Best Regards, Rockford Auto Parts.
