  I recently had the pleasure of working with First Class General Contracting for a roofing project, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality of workmanship they provided. From start to finish, the team at First Class GC demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence that exceeded my expectations.Not only did they deliver on their promise of completing the project on time and within budget, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the job was done to the highest standards.   Imsuranve claim from storm damage. After installation of the roof, we had a leak in the bathroom, took over a year for them to come out and fix it, and did not repair interior damage from the leak. Refused the repair cost, saying it was our cost. We had frost inside new windows first winter. Asked them to fix it, and they said it was not a problem. Eventually, we noticed water damage below a window. They finally came out. Pulled, siding, and noticed the window was not flashed at all. You could see into the house. They claimed to have fixed the problem for that window. With the owner, ****, moving out of state response is harder. All of our other windows need to be flashed before winter. I started to do work on the windows myself. I pulled the interior trim from the kitchen sink window. There was no insulation, and because it was not flashed, there was daylight showing through allowing water wind and insects into my home. I sent **** pictures, and he said he would have his manager, ******, make our repair a priority. I'm not holding my breath. It has been more than 2 years. He was paid almost 200K to do work and purchase materials. Don't do business with this company!

  First Class Gen ******************** failed twice to provide the quality workmanship that their proposal and contract stated they would. After the first visit from the repair person,(Bud) I noticed the siding job was done incorrectly when I returned home. After calling and complaining, the same person(***) returned 2 weeks later. I explained that the proposal for the work to be done,stated that the siding panels would be completely removed and replaced with new siding panels. *** still only removed part of the panels and used caulking to cover where he had cut and sectioned the damaged panel with the new piece of panel. I found some of the panels loose and not fastened to the structure of the house. Another call to First Class Gen ******************** resulted in total shock. I was told by **** that they would NOT be returning to do the job, as they proposed. I requested **** to come to my residence to see first hand what I was complaining about. I was told that he would not take the time to come out and that he considered the job complete. I stated that his response as ******** and requested the money that I had already given to First Class Gen ******************** be refunded, minus the cost of the materials that had been purchased. I stated that I would need that money to hire another contractor to do the job properly. **** stated that would not happen. I indicated that I would seek legal advice as to what I could do from a legal standpoint. **** stated that it's my option, but for now I would just have to live with the work they did and they would not be returning. In closing, First Class Gen ******************** failed to do a job properly as they stated they would and basically said they wouldn't. I would not recommend First Class Gen ******************** for doing anything.

  Had a great experience with this company! They replaced my gutters. ****** came out within a week of contacting him, and within a couple of weeks the job was done! Not only did they do great work, but they also followed up on their work to make sure I was pleased ansld to make sure there were no issues. I will definitely use this company in the future!
