    I was charged $39.90 on 11/5, 11/7, 11/10 and $19.95 on 11/4. I do not know who this company is-I did not give them my debit card and I certainly did not authorize any charges.

    Can I apply for this subscription it was for looking for money owed to me and then after I applied this advertisement of rescore.com came out I never intended to get a free score.com subscription inside about what this company was doing so I called and canceled the subscription and they still took money out of my debit card

    I signed up with freescore.com to ck my credit it cost $1 and there is a free trial after which it costs $39.95 i think if you dont cancel....well i have been trying to cancel for the last 30 minutes or so and there is no problem talking with the bot but as soon as i say i want to cancel the membership the bot says it cant understand what im saying and to please repeat and speak more clearly...i have repeated myself over and over again as clearly as i can and yet it keeps saying it cant understand me...so i hung up and called back 3 or 4 times and it has no problem hearing or understanding me until i say i want to cancel my membership..then its the same thing again it cant understand me and can i speak more clearly...i dont want this membership but it sounds like its not going to let me cancel my membership so i dont know what to do.

    I singed up with freescore for a dollar. But, then realized it was going to be a month charge. So, I called back within an hour and canceled. One week later I see that they took out the monthly charge. I called immediately. They said it was their mistake and apologized for the problem they caused. Went through refund process and since I canceled card, 1st person I spoke with said to add my new card to my now closed account. I called again on the 17th when I hadn't received an email from them about refund. Went through process again. Its now the 26th of January still no email or refund check. So I just got off phone again and was told it was a good charge. They even told me that it showed I canceled and agreed to $8 a month. All this info is recorded on their end. They admitted it was their mistake. Now, I have to wait again for a response that will never come. I'm disabled, $40 is alot of money for me, thats why I canceled once I saw the monthly charge. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this too and not given their money back. I'd understand if the 7 days had passed before I canceled, but I canceled immediately. Now they are giving me the run around. This needs to be exposed for the frauds they are. I need my money back. It was their mistake not mine.
