    The company does not stand by their warranty!! They have stood me up numerous times this spring summer! They were 100% confirmed to arrive at our house today at 8:00am to come and fix our floor. They didnt not show up. They refused to fix the work. We had several places on floor where that was peeling and bubbling up. He never once apologized for any inconvenience. We had our entire garage packed in a storage container for them to fix the floors and the completely ghosted us. I would not use this company. Stay away and find someone else!

    Hello, it's very simple garage floor of ChicagoLand pour epoxy on my garage floor. About 2 yrs ago. Last year I had cracks they told me they would come out and fix in this spring. Now they do not answer or reply to any of my calls. All I want they is to come fix since the work is still under their warranty. Before completing this complain, I called garage floor of ChicagoLand again. They didn't answer. I called 2 minutes after with my coworkers phone they answered told me they will send me a date to fix it. I haven't received anything. Lies after lies. **** text saying June 8th 8am he will come redo the floor. No call no show.

    Floor peeled said it was warranties for 15 years on paper. Came ground ot down then never came back. Reads messages doesnt call or respond. Hes ghosted me 4 different days. Im tired of taking off of work. Dont waste your time. My floor flaked he came back to grind it down and never came back to fix it and wont answer calls or texts.

    I had my 3 car garage floor epoxy coated back in like November of 2020. The cost was $3100.00 Within a year the floor coating started to peel off. I called and they scheduled a time to come fix the floor. They only did the middle section of the garage. When finished It looked different from the rest of the garage. The new finish was thicker and smoother than the rest of the garage, but I let it go. Now after another winter, the left side of the garage is starting to peel. I again tried to make contact with the company via messenger on ******** and was ignored. I tried calling the phone # and got no answer. So I called multiple times a row on a Sunday and finally got the woman to answer. told her my problem asked for a resolution. She said she was at home and needed to be at the office to check records and would call me Monday. I got no call on Monday. I finally got ****** on Thursday and complained on their ******** page. She removed my complaint and texted me that it was a honest mistake that she forgot to call me. She claimed she would provide a date but did not have anything available till June. Asked if there was a day that would work best for me. Also asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and also stated that I wanted to speak to their field guy about this. He already redid the center of the garage and that it was the left side now. Also stated that I was not currently using the right side for another car because it was being rebuilt but was going to bet when I bring the car home, it would do the same thing. Plus also stated that the center section was a thicker smoother finish then the rest of the garage. Asked them to throw me some dates cause I had vacations coming up in June to try to accommodate their schedule. I have not heard from them since. Sent several messages with ???? even asked why you keep ignoring me? No answer. So reverted back to complaining on ******** page again and got blocked. Found the tech online advertising and asked him. Got ignored.
