    I stayed in unit 122 during easter weekend of 2024. I fear there are roaches everywhere in all my clothes after staying in this infested room. *** asked for a full refund but was denied a return. I have long hair i fear roaches were crawling on me while i was sleep! Im not understanding how this building is in business the amount of roaches dwell at this establishment.

    This is ***** from Motel 6.I am replying  on customer complain who had been stay with us for 4 nights with No complain. But after check out Guest make complain to get his refund. During Guest stay Guest did not make any complain but he did stay with us for that 4 nights without any complain. If we would know Guest having issues with his room we were able to change his room during his stay. We had lots of empty rooms was available that time to change his room during his stay. second he make complain that our room had roaches was was totally wrong .We check that room after he make complain on his check out time but we did not find anything in room. There was no trace of any bugs. We are treating our rooms with specialist every month to making sure we don't get this kind complain. We are really careful about rooms. Because we know Guest complain can make our reputation bad and and we lose our business too. We are here to help our Guest. Our desk is open 24/7.If Guest notice any kind of this issues then they were able to make complain upfront and we were able to help them during their stay time like change their room to different room and like that. But I don't understand this after staying on property for 4 nights suddenly they were not happy with their room.I also attach proof of customer stay along with thier sign please see attach
