Although a very small move, the Alliance team from booking through delivery was great. Moving team was professional, courteous, on-time and quick. We had an half truckload of antique furniture to move to another state. Received very competitive pricing, the guys were on time and on point. They took the time to correctly wrap and and arrange items on truck. The whole team was courteous and professional. Alliance made the this move go off without a hitch. Alliance is a very professional mover. We moved from a 2 story home in the suburbs, to a condominium in the city and Alliance managed it without a hitch. We even had to reschedule the move a week before the original move date - and they handled the change easily. They moved everything with care - and managed to squeeze the larger pieces of furniture through the narrow hallway without a scratch on the walls, or the furniture. The move came in extremely close to the estimate - with no surprises at all. Definitely the best moving experience we have ever had. Highly recommended.Alliance Moving & Storage

From my initial phone call, to the in-home assessment and quote to the reminders, moving day and follow-up, the service and care from Alliance Moving and Storage was exemplary. Everyone was courteous, timely and professional. Our job was finished in less time than estimated with everything arriving safely and in perfect condition. Much care was given to wrapping, moving and delivering and placing each item. We will definitely recommend Alliance to friends and family.Alliance Moving & Storage

Great, price, professionalism, and overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this company above any other that I have worked with. In our previous two moves, we didn't use movers and we promised ourselves for our next move we will. Being a family of four now (plus I'm very pregnant) we knew we needed the additional support to make the move as easy as possible. Alliance was professional from the free consultation, all the way through to the final invoicing and communication. They provided us excellent service on site which included disassembling large furniture, wardrobe transfers, and reassembling. Their team was fast, efficient, and friendly. I can't imagine the amount of time it would have taken my husband and I to do all that work with reassembling the furniture. The cherry on top was when our children's bedrooms were completely finished and ready to go so that when my mom dropped off our kids everything was prepared for them to go to bed after a long day at grandmas. It was seriously the best decision we made for this move, and I know we will never move without movers again, specifically, Alliance. It was worth every *****!Alliance Moving & Storage

1 starI kept my belongings in storage for about 2 years. Finally was about to buy a house after living like a gypsies for months. I received my items and tons of stuff was missing. I called and told them, they just swept it under the rug. Said to check my boxes to see if they are in there. Well you cannot hide folding tables in boxes. You cannot hide an end table nor a filing cabinet in a box. I checked everywhere for the remaining other items. Nothing.... I couldn't understand a word they said to me. Everything was basically in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. It is difficult to speak to someone about your concerns to people that do not know English. I called the business, and again they ignored my issue. Never again will I ever use them. Also, make sure you take an inventory of things you send off to them. I did myself, and this is how I know things are missing.
