    We had our carpet and planks replaced by Yonan and during that time we had a stain left on our side walk. I tried contacting the company and got to tell the manager **** about it. I took pictures of the sidewalk and he had suggested the stain was some kind of oil. I told him that we do not use any type of thing(s) outside of our lawn mower in that area and at no time was oil leaking out of the lawn mower.It turns out that a crew manager named ***** came over to our house and put some kind of acid on the stain. It didn't completely work. The stain is still there but a little bit faded.I tried calling **** several times, left him text messages but he wouldn't return any type of communication back. I reached out to Yonan and asked for the owner to contact me. I was contacted by the owner on June 27, 2024 and was told he would het back to me in a few days, that was 5 days ago and he has not contacted me yet. I tried calling him and left him a message yesterday and got no response.I want this stain removed. I believe it was varnish used by Yonan workers to change the color of the planks. All I know is that we saw Yonan workers use varnish the last time they worked on our house and believe the workers did this to our sidewalk. That stain was not there before Yonan came here and it was put there straight away after they arrived.

    The stain is on the corner section of sidewalk that leads to the back of the customer's home. Our installers did not park their vehicles in that area or do any work in that area.

    Even though we did not cause the stain, we tried to remove the stain for customer accommodation.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***** denied our tv upstairs being disconnected. It was his crew who disconnected our tv upstairs because the first day his crew was at our house it was disconnected. I had worked with a guy on his crew I believe his name was *****. We fixed the tv the first day and the very next day our tv was broke again. When I brought this up to *****, the supervisor he said "I do not know what this is. We had nothing to do with it." I replied back saying, "Who did this then a ghost? It was working fine again yesterday before your crew left."

    I am including this incident because ***** lied and denied this situation and they are lying about this stain on my sidewalk too.

     

    This stain was NOT there prior to them arriving and it was there shortly afterwards. That stain is not oil, it is varnish. It will not come off the sidewalk and we have tried to get it out as well.

     

    Is this how you treat your customers? If this was your home you would do the same thing. My wife or I did not cause this stain on our sidewalk. YOUR PEOPLE ARE LYING ABOUT THIS INCIDENT JUST LIKE THEY LIED ABOUT OUR TV NOT WORKING> I CAN GET THE EXACT DAY THE **** NETWORK GUY CAME OVER TO OUR HOME TO FIX AND INSTALL THE ****** BECAUSE IT WAS FREE TO GET AS AN UPGRADE BUT OUR TV WAS BROKE AND NOT WORKING DESPITE ***** AND I TRYING TO FIX IT FOR OVER 20 MINUTRES.

     

    TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS STAIN YOURCREW PUT ON OUR SIDEWALK. YOUR PEOPLE ARE LYING THROUGH THIER TEETH. BRING OVER THE  TARNISH YOUR COMPANY USES AND PUT IT ON THE SIDEWALK AND THERE IS ALL THE ***** YOU NEED.  IT WAS TARNISH YOUR PEOPLE USE ON PLANKS. IF YOU HAVE TARNISH COME TO MY HOME AND TRY IT< IT WILL MATCH EXACTLY TO WHAT IS LEFT ON THE SIDEWALK NOW.

     

    YOU CALL YOURSELF A RESPECTABLE COMPANY BY LYING??????? I AM NOT MAKING THIS STUFF UP!

     

    EVEN THE ***** OF YONAN LIED TO ME ABOUT GETTING BACK TO ME WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS!

    I WAS BLOWN OFF AND LIED TO.
