    I was employed at Apindel Technologies for a six months contract with Labcorps as a Phlebotomy Technician on November 23,2021. The original location was *************************************************************************************. The location was 58 miles plus a $5.00 toll. I worked at that location for one week. After only one week I was told by the Labcorps Supervisor that I was no longer needed at that location. I was sent to Labcorps located at **********************************************************************. This location was 52miles plus $5.00 toll. Ths location lasted for nine weeks. The Labcorps Supervisor told me again I was nolonger needed at this facility. I was sent to Labcorps on January 31, 2022 at ****************************************************************. This location was **** miles plus $5.00 toll. I was at ts location for Thirteen weeks. Once again I was told by Labcorps Supervisor that I was being move to another location. This location was over an hour's drive every day. I started Thursday-April 4, 2022 at Labcorps *************************************************, **.. This location was 65miles plus $5.00 toll. I resigned on July 8,2022. Before resigning I spoke to all the people handleling my contract at Apindel Technologies on many occasions about being transfered to a location nearer to my home.to no avail. Since leaving Apindel Technologies I spoken to them and emailed them on numerous occasions about the money owed to me for my mileage and tolls. In my last email to Apindel Technologies I informed them that I honored my contract to the best of my ability. I went where ever I was sent and showed up on time. I was always courteous and respectful, and that I would appreciate the same in return. I also told Apindel Technologies that I would be reaching out to BBB and maybe even an attorney. I not exactly sure how much money I'm owed, but I'm sure it's more than $2000.00. Thank You for what ever help you can give me in handling this matter.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to clarify the record.  Based on the information in the complaint, we were able to identify the former employee, which will allow us to address the complaint in sufficient detail.

    Upon receipt of this complaint, our payroll and accounting teams initiated a full audit of all of the former employees submitted expenses and receipts.  All of the expenses were approved by our client and reimbursed to her. We audited the entire duration of her time with us.  There are no unreimbursed expenses.
