    Phase 1:After dropping my car off, I received no updates for over a week). Due to this dealers relationship with Tesla dealers, it took 1mo+ for my car to be repaired. After receiving my car, it was clear there were significant and unsafe mechanical issues that were still occurring. My vehicle would skip when breaking and not stop as intended - almost caused another accident!! Then, before calling the company to report this, they actually emailed me exclaiming that they forget to place a safety sticker under my hood. Now, I live over 1.5 hours away from this location, am missing a safety sticker, almost caused a pileup on the interstate on the way home, and speak to ***; who gave me a 100% guarantee the car is safe to drive. (Lol). When I return home, I see a dent exactly where the accident occurred Phase 2:*** informed me he would put in a request for the additional repairs with my insurance and all would be okay. 8 days later I receive a call from my insurance interrogating me and declining **** appeal. 30 minutes later, I receive an email from *** saying NOTHING more than our request was denied, youll need to take this up with your insurance. Good bye. So here I am with an illegal to drive vehicle, missing stickers, cant break safely, and a dent in my vehicle. This is when I request to speak to an owner, who seems to wish to restitute the issue and offers me to drive back 1.5hr for the third time, drop the vehicle off for the second time, and a rental will be waiting for me.Phase 3 (I AM HERE):Now, I am not spoiled, but I work hard, and know what I am worth. The damaged vehicle I dropped off is a 2018 Model S *****. After riding to the nearest ************* (no, the rental was not waiting for me), I was signed into a 2008 ****** with no navigation, broken windows, and the list goes on. I had to FIGHT (stand my ground that I would NOT drive this car home) to get placed into a better ****** with FM radio that smells like dog hair and Body Odor.

    State Farm paid out 17K+ AGREEING ABOUT Promising to fix my LIST UNTIL State Farm sent the final payment totalling 17K. I should have stopped it.Promises to fix by ******. Sign-off that if was completed. NONE completed. *********************** dismissed this list of requested issues when State Farm sent the final installment while the vehicle wad back in the shop again and being remediated due to his error on a missing trim piece. Issues: misalignment of hood and trim and set of headlights in gasket, battery warning fails at ignition (never happened before), weird tone of backup warning beep, crooked bumper (look at front plate holder)... response by *** "your talking about millimeters..." upon return of the rental car with "we did the best we could, find another body shop"...Note... they kept my car sitting there for 2 weeks while I burned thru rental allocation because they didn't order parts while arguing with State Farm about their charges. State Farm was disputing their inflated fees.I want all the cost of completion from another shop to be charge-backed / paid by this organization.
