    My company has purchased equipment from many different companies in the print industry. This is the worst vendor we've worked with. Blatant lies and misinformation about the delivery timing and build of the laser finishing system. The company president quoted us a ***** week build time for our unit. We are almost to the 8 month mark *** and it still has not been delivered or installed. Horrible communication as well throughout the entire process. Often took weeks to get even simple responses.
